I started WTF to keep myself accountable.
I’ve always been thick, had real Chunk from The Goonies energy, and like most people, I used to treat fitness like something to avoid or start “next week.”
But being overweight is exhausting, so I flipped it. Made fitness a part of who I am. It’s not a phase. It’s not a grind. It’s not easy. It’s just what I do now.
I’m not pushing merch, I’m pushing myself.
If I’m repping Witness the Fitness, I better have some fitness TO witness.
